Nikon D50 Shutter Error
The switch works to inform the microprocessor the position of the gear, while the gear actually drives/charges the mirror and shutter. We were about to order a new one. I suppose it was time for this old guy to give up. I'm sure that on my case it is something you discuss about here. weblink
I had totally switched over to using 35mm again. Press shutter release button again. - Duration: 1:45. Put new battery in and get this code….tried every thing I could think of to try and could not get rid of Err code…..changed to manual focus, clicked shutter….VIOLA functioning camera! Then it fires one shot and the next shot I am taking the thing lock's up again. Nothing seemed to fix either problem. Eventually bought myself a D7000 (really nice box) and used the excellent 18-70 lens that came with the D70.
Add another D70s to the fixed list. After a few shots I got the error "Press Shutter Release Again" and nothing would work.
I came to this site, and followed the steps that you described above. I try to download the PDF but can't. Error Press Shutter Release Button Again D3200 I suppose it might just as easily have been stuck the other way.
As there are all kinds of SD cards out there. - I have a similar problem, but with some odd differences.
- My problem was I took my Nikon D200 out of its case after not using it for several years.
- I've not had a problem with my D90 until I got my D700 and my new lens.

I got al of the short ones off no problem but now the longs ones are not cooperating and want to stripHad a problem taking photos with fast shutter speeds, got If it doesn't want to stay in continuous mode, try taking the lens off paying careful attention too keeping things seriously clean and try again. Now 20 pics later it appears to keep working. Shutter Release Button Nikon D3200 but hey ..when my next one comes...

i ran into your post and fixed it with my fingers in second flat. Here is how the contacts look like on the Nikon 50mm f/1.4G lens: If you can see dirt or grease on the microfiber cloth, repeat the above process again using the So I gave the shutter the scissor treatment and off it went again.
