Be careful not to touch the inside of the camera body or the glass on the inside part of the lens. i tried your advises (cleaned cpu/lens contacts, change lens, replaced sdcard and battery) but for naught. If the problem still persists it's worth contacting Nikon as you may have a bent pin in the card slot.
