I suspect it's just a hardware problem. Move all the pictures off the card and then attempt to use your camera's format function to clear the memory. And, in the middle there is a flashing plus sign with mini "ruler". When I look into the viewfinder eyepiece, the whole view in square(what I seen in viewfinder eyepiece) are moving and I couldn't take any photos, it has the same error message Updating your firmware occasionally helps with this. 3.
