Basically it means the lens has had some issue while driving in or out of the camera body, in some cases a simple tap on the camera side(not recommended by me) April 24, 2008 at 3:46 PM allawi said... I guess it jammed, i picked up the camera and the lens looked like it was pushed in crooked. Pay particular care not to scratch your lens barrel with the needle.
