The address was confirmed repeatedly. You can try stopping and restarting the IMS. If the connection is lost between the CommServe host and the Exchange server, configure the firewall between those components. I figurea workaround of it by adding a specify domain in Exchange IMS connector.I still don't know it is DNS or Exchange Server's problem. If it connects, try using a different DNS server.

All mail will be handled by the hub mail server with one other FreeBSD machine as dns2 and providing a hub back up. All messages or only some? Incorrect remote MX record etc..

It may be that the MX record doesn't point to any A record at all. Incorrect remote MX record etc.. The Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer is a new tool with limited documentation at this time. We appreciate your feedback.
