Nikon D80 Error Message Err
I took the camera in for repair. The F-- error message is indicating the camera and lens are not communicating. First you will want to turn your camera on to where you see the "FEE" error message on the LCD screen.

- Note that this combination has worked before.The lens is set to f/22, with the aperture ring locked.
- Your lens is working as it should, and is not defective.
- They are saying 7-10 days.
- I don't have the manual for this lens but am just wondering if anyone knows what the issue is here.

But this can't be the case because my other lens work just fine on the camera body. I also have a d90 body- and the lens works fine on that, as-is. It does "fee" when the aperture isn't locked to f/22 but it's otherwise good.
